At iomax, we aim to provide clear, transparent and professional services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how our free trials, quotes, setup fees, monthly services and advertising spend are handled.

Free Trial

Our 30-day free trial is provided at no cost and with no obligation to continue.

Any services, features or usage included within the free trial, including the £10 complimentary AI credit, are provided free of charge.

You will not be charged during the free trial. No payment will be taken unless you choose to proceed with a paid service after your trial period.

Quotes and Payment

Requesting a quote from iomax is completely free and carries no obligation to purchase.

No payment will be taken until you have reviewed and approved the final pricing and confirmed that you wish to proceed with the relevant paid service.

By approving a quote or placing an order, you agree to the applicable service terms and pricing.

Setup Fees

Setup fees cover the initial work required to design, configure, customise, integrate and launch your service.

Because setup work involves dedicated time and resources, setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Where work has not yet started, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss cancellation and whether a refund may be available.

Monthly Services

Monthly fees cover ongoing access, management, maintenance, support, software and/or other recurring services associated with your chosen plan.

You may cancel a monthly service by providing 30 days' notice.

Monthly fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, including where you stop using the service before the end of that billing period.

Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges once the applicable notice period has been completed.

Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid to third-party advertising platforms, including platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, are separate from iomax service fees.

Advertising spend is allocated to and charged by the relevant advertising platform. Once advertising spend has been used or committed by the platform, it is non-refundable by iomax.

Any unused advertising balance that remains under iomax's control may be subject to the applicable platform and campaign terms.

Third-Party Costs

Where a service involves third-party platforms, software, communication providers, domains, hosting, advertising platforms or other external services, fees charged by those providers may be subject to their own terms and refund policies.

iomax cannot guarantee refunds for third-party charges that have already been incurred.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection law.

Where applicable law provides you with a statutory right to a refund, cancellation or other remedy, those rights will continue to apply.
